Description
GSK is seeking a Product Owner to own the backlog and roadmap for its perimeter security product.
The Product Owner will translate GSK teams' needs into prioritized work and maximize the value the platform delivers to consuming teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the product backlog by value, risk, and reliability
- Link every backlog item to GSK D&T strategy and domain OKRs
- Translate consumer needs and business outcomes into clear requirements and user stories
- Work daily with the engineering team to deliver increments and accept completed work
- Balance new capability against the reliability bar
- Measure product adoption, self-service uptake, and value delivered
Requirements:
- Degree in a technology, engineering, or business discipline
- 15 years of experience, with 5+ years in product ownership or product management
- Experience with lean or agile backlog management
- Track record of translating business needs into requirements
- Experience working to OKRs and measuring adoption or value delivered
