Branch Manager

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Private Bank branch in Bellano. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing the commercial performance, resources, and overall management of the branch.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the branch's business plan, monitoring results, costs, and service quality.
• Achieve assigned commercial targets and develop client relationships, promoting cross-selling activities and local initiatives.
• Monitor branch performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate the team, allocating resources and supporting the development of skills, performance, and professional growth.
• Ensure high-quality service, complying with regulatory requirements and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing a bank branch or team, with a focus on results and service quality.
• Leadership, performance management, and people development skills.
• Knowledge of banking, financial, investment, and protection products.
• Ability to understand client needs, build relationships, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of the local territory, economy, and dynamics to identify commercial opportunities and develop lasting client relationships.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency, optimise workflows, and solve business challenges.
