This senior role involves professional relationship management and delivering top-tier financial advice to clients in the Agriculture and Agri-Food industry. You will apply your sales experience for prospecting and lead generation, demonstrate portfolio management and risk mitigation, provide exceptional client experiences, leverage RBC's expertise, and collaborate with teams to develop and execute client contact strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Apply past sales experience for prospecting and lead generation
- Demonstrate portfolio management and risk mitigation through financial statement review
- Provide exceptional client experiences with superior business and financial advice
- Leverage RBC's expertise by identifying referral opportunities and making introductions
- Collaborate with teams to develop and execute client contact strategies
- Champion digital enablement by promoting RBC's mobile application and wallet
Requirements:
- Agricultural background or education/experience in Ag Lending
- Proven track record in sales and business development with exceptional client relationship management
- Credit skills including risk assessment and financial analysis
- Experience with emerging communications and technology
