In this role, you will handle fund operations tasks, participate in and manage department projects, and maintain and enhance client service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Handle fund issuance, subscription, redemption, income distribution, and shareholder-related tasks
- Manage client account openings, data maintenance, and anti-money laundering-related tasks
- Oversee FATCA, CRS, tax, and reporting-related tasks
- Perform general administrative tasks and support project work
Requirements:
- University degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
- Experience in fund operations and project management in asset management or securities industry preferred
- Familiarity with domestic laws and regulations; ability to work independently with attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
