Description
The Sales Trainee (ST) is a training role at Red Bull. You will learn the basics of the company, brand, and products, and develop skills to build and protect the Red Bull brand.
Responsibilities: The ST will be responsible for:
- Training and development to prepare for an Account Sales Manager (ASM) role
- Understanding and learning the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company
- Building and protecting the Red Bull brand through proper rotation and brand flow
- Establishing and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales
- Daily preparation, including obtaining necessary tools and communicating with ASMs/DSMs
- Supporting ASMs on route, covering routes as needed, and meeting daily KPIs
- Supporting the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising

Requirements:
- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
