Ninja Van, a leading tech-enabled logistics company in Southeast Asia, is seeking a Fleet Assistant to join its operations team in Chow Kit, Selangor. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing daily fleet operations, improving delivery performance metrics, and optimizing route planning.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily fleet operations and monitoring drivers
- Improve operational processes to enhance delivery performance metrics
- Analyze fleet utilization and route planning, collaborating with management and the in-house algorithms team to optimize routes
- Prioritize and plan local fleet daily operations and flexible capacity growth strategy
- Develop new and improved analytics models and work on existing data gathering and analytics tools
- Collaborate with teams and departments to improve existing software across operational touch points
- Contribute to shaping Ninja Van's long-term strategy and expanding capabilities across its fleets
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- No formal experience required, but prior experience demonstrating logic-driven problem-solving skills is advantageous
- Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems effectively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to gather data, interpret, and develop process improvements
The salary range for this position is RM2,050 - RM2,300 per month.
