FBS – Farmer Business Services is part of Farmers Insurance operations, building a global approach to identifying, recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.

The Personal Lines Architecture team defines and governs technology strategy, standards, and roadmaps for Auto, Home, and Umbrella platforms.

As a Domain Architect, you will own the architecture vision and roadmap for Personal Lines policy administration platforms supporting Auto, Home, and Umbrella products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in Domain Architecture to perform complex technical planning, architecture development, and modification of specifications for Domain solution delivery.
• Solve complex problems and partner effectively to execute broad, continuous Domain level architecture improvement roadmaps that impact the organization.
• Work independently, receive minimal guidance and direction to solve for and influence Enterprise and System architecture through Domain level knowledge.
• Mentor developers and create reference implementations/frameworks.
• Partner with System Architects to elaborate capabilities and features.
• Deliver single domain architecture solutions and execute continuous domain level architecture improvement roadmap.
