We are seeking a Private Customer Consultant to join our team in Mannheim. As a Private Customer Consultant, you will provide comprehensive advice to private customers through various digital media, including phone, video consultation, chat, and co-browsing. You will advise customers on topics such as accounts, services, digitalisation, and explore the entire standardised product range on investment, precaution, and private credit.

- Banking business training or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of the product range for private customers
- Sales skills and enthusiasm for contact with our customers

- Routine in handling PC and software applications
