We are seeking a Customer Consultant to join our team at Postbank Filialvertrieb AG in Stuttgart. As a Customer Consultant, you will provide tailored advice to our customers on a wide range of financial products and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer-centric advice on financial products and services
- Building sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact
- Taking responsibility for customer care in your branch
- Working closely and trustfully with your branch team
- Organising your workday independently and being a competent contact person for your customers on financial matters
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sales talent with a passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds
- A successful commercial education, ideally as a bank clerk, or several years of professional experience, preferably in customer consulting or sales
- Excellent communication and service skills, as well as resilience in your daily work and openness to rapidly changing conditions
- A high level of interest in financial topics and economic connections
