Description
We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Business Manager to lead and engage our team with the unique Tilbury vision at our Stansted Airport location.
As a Business Manager, you will act as the ultimate Charlotte Tilbury ambassador, leading and developing your team to achieve all sales and operational targets. You will demonstrate the ability to recruit and train top talent for expert artistry and provide flexible and strong communication to guide and support the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Weekly and monthly productivity reporting to the Retail Manager
- Driving sales success through motivation of the team to hit daily and monthly KPI targets
- Leading a high-performing team through daily briefs, performance 121 meetings, and general line management
- Monthly rota scheduling, payroll budgeting, and forecasting
- Working and liaising with host store partners and senior stakeholders to ensure brand compliance
- Monitoring stock levels and providing proactive counsel to the Retail Manager on stock lines
- Ongoing talent management and succession planning of the team
- Creating a positive and cooperative team culture in store
- Owning the end-to-end recruitment process in your store
- Identifying the training needs of the team and providing feedback about advancement in opportunity areas
- Driving and building your business KPI performance to achieve market-leading results
- Ensuring the best customer experience is being delivered
- Owning your counter metrics and unlocking the steps that need to be taken to manage future risks and opportunities
- Thinking limitlessly with your plan for the calendar year
- Proposing plans, events, and other limitless activity to unlock commercial success
- Adhering to health and safety guidance in the workplace
- Executing flawless grooming standards
