Description
We’re building a new specialised sales team focused on selling platform, data, analytics, AI, and extensibility solutions into the Office of the CIO.
As an experienced enterprise seller, you will combine technical fluency, executive presence, and disciplined sales execution to build trusted executive relationships, lead complex platform sales cycles, and help accelerate market adoption.
Key Focus & Responsibilities:
- Own complex enterprise sales cycles, leading platform, data, analytics, AI, and extensibility opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close.
- Build trusted executive relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and senior technology leaders to position Workday as a strategic enterprise software partner.
- Connect technical priorities to business value, translating customer needs into clear value-based sales strategies.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver compelling customer outcomes.
- Develop pipeline and identify timely opportunities across assigned accounts.
- Advance partner and ecosystem selling, collaborating with cloud partners, global system integrators, and technology ecosystem partners.
Basic Qualifications:
- +5 years of high-performing enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- +3 years specifically focused on selling complex platform architecture, architecting an enterprise data strategy, or AI/analytics solutions directly to the Office of the CIO or CTO.
- Documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota while closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals ($500K+ ACV).
- Demonstrated co-prime success working in collaborative, matrixed enterprise sales environments.
