Description
We are seeking a Process Manager to drive organisational efficiency and strategic alignment across our support towers. You will lead and manage end-to-end operational projects, drive senior leadership alignment, and develop innovative solutions to drive efficiency and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage operational projects from concept development through launch
- Develop clear, concise, and compelling data-driven presentations to secure leadership buy-in
- Identify organisational needs and systemic problems using advanced analytical techniques
- Facilitate and manage critical business cycles, including Quarterly Business Reviews and annual budget formulation
- Proactively manage cross-functional collaboration and build consensus among stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of Process Management or Risk Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- Business Process Management, PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
Salary Information
- McLean, VA: $73,300 - $83,700 per year
- Plano, TX: $66,700 - $76,100 per year
- Richmond, VA: $66,700 - $76,100 per year
