Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to serve as the single point of customer accountability, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business value. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Customer Success, Salesforce, and SaaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely delivery of Signature deliverables and overall customer satisfaction
- Align with and manage both Business and Technical Stakeholders to drive business value and technical goals
- Conduct enablement sessions on opportunity and case management, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene
- Track usage metrics and provide tailored release recommendations to ensure stability, performance, and feature enhancement
- Use AI to automate routine tasks and drive efficiency
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience in Customer Success, Salesforce, SaaS platform use, or related fields
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to drive business value
- Working knowledge of core features of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Industry-relevant expertise with an understanding of the broad impact of the industry on the customer's business
Nice to Have:
- Sales Cloud Consultant and Service Cloud Consultant certifications
- Additional Salesforce product certifications (AI Associate, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Data 360 Specialist, Agentblazer)
- Experience with Einstein for Sales and Service
