As an Opzichter Stadswarmte Projectrealisatie, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that works for the construction and expansion of our district heating networks are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate planned work carried out by contractors;
- Monitor the quality of work execution and check that technical guidelines and quality requirements are met;
- Ensure safety during work execution;
- Coordinate with contractors, residents, customers, and municipalities;
- Act as a key link within the project team and contribute to efficient collaboration between all parties involved;
- Monitor progress and signal deviations or risks in a timely manner;
- Participate in emergency services for a few weeks per year.
Requirements:
- Completed technical MBO level 3 or 4 education, e.g., in Mechanical Engineering, Installation Technology, or Electrical Engineering;
- Valid driver's license B;
- Work experience or technical knowledge in installation technology, e.g., as a work preparer, fitter, or similar technical role;
- VCA-VOL or willingness to obtain it;
- VEWA AVP WV or willingness to obtain it;
- NEN 3140 or willingness to obtain it.
What we offer:
- Salary: €4,200 - €5,100 gross per month, excluding holiday pay, based on a 38-hour workweek;
