Description
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in the Public Sector. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating account plans for large strategic commercial accounts, focusing on value and volume portfolio management, and selling a range of HP's offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their unique business needs and challenges.
- Implement margin recovery activities and strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, inside sales, marketing, product development, and customer service teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Manage the account planning process, identifying growth opportunities and upselling/cross-selling to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to better serve clients and identify potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Four-year or graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Typically 4-7 years of work experience in account management, telesales, product specialty, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of English, with the ability to read, write, and speak.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Technology Sales Professional (CTSP)

Salary: 120,150 CAD - 170,000 CAD per year, with a compensation structure consisting of 60% salary and 40% incentives.
