You'll be a brand ambassador who’s ready to recommend our newest Food products. Through remarkable service you'll make sure our customers feel truly valued every time they shop with us.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points
- Keeping the store clean and tidy, ensuring that shelves are always stocked with product
- Monitoring and delivering on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities
- Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs, making recommendations, and delivering remarkable service throughout their visit to store
- Building expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
We're looking for colleagues who have high levels of customer service, are committed to delivering excellent work with great attention to detail, and are open to and act upon feedback.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll need to be digitally confident, able to work effectively across various areas of the store, and adapt to the changing demands of the retail environment seamlessly.
