Description
We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Druid Stoke Care Home in Bristol. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will have day-to-day responsibility for running a unit, supporting with clinical duties, driving and managing a team of Care Assistants, and building relationships with residents, their families, and external teams.
The successful candidate will have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in care, have previous experience in the role, and possess great interpersonal skills. You will be motivated, positive, and enjoy working in a close-knit team.
