Description
We are seeking a Property and Rights Manager to join our Asset Portfolio team at Vattenfall Eldistribution AB. As a Property and Rights Manager, you will be responsible for managing our extensive property portfolio, ensuring access to land for our operations, and handling property-related tasks. You will also contribute to developing and improving processes and governance within the property management area.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing Vattenfall Eldistribution's land access through property management and land leases, including purchasing, selling, and setting up agreements
- Driving and handling land- and property-related cases of varying complexity
- Providing specialist support to the business on property law issues
Requirements:
- Academic degree in subjects such as construction, urban planning, land surveying, or property law
- Several years of experience in property management and administration
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, such as the Land Code and Environmental Code
- Excellent Swedish language skills in writing and speaking
