Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our expanding Architectural team in our Birmingham office.
You will be responsible for realizing preliminary designs into buildable solutions, coordinating detailed information across all disciplines, and providing a first point of contact to the site delivery team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical design support to project teams and delivering successful projects in accordance with client requirements
- Undertaking the role of team leader, working flexibly and independently where required
- Managing and supervising technical project teams, Client and Contractor liaison
- Organizing and coordinating Design Teams and sub-contractors
- Undertaking tasks required on day-to-day delivery requirements of projects at all stages
Requirements:
- HNC/HND in Architecture/Building Construction or BSc in Architectural Technology or other recognized approved equivalents
- Eligible member of an appropriate professional institution (MCIAT or recognized approved equivalent)
- Understanding of Building Regulations and relevant Technical design guidance
- REVIT and Navisworks to achieve project delivery to Level 2 BIM
- Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC)
