We are seeking a Private Customer Consultant to join our team in Nürnberg. You will be responsible for advising private customers through digital media (phone, video consultation, chat, co-browsing) on topics such as accounts, service, digitalisation, and product range.

- Banking or related qualification
- Good knowledge of private customer products
- Sales skills and enjoyment of customer interactions
- Open and communicative personality, comfortable working in teams
- High willingness to learn and develop your expertise
- Proficient in using PC and software applications
- Familiarity with new technologies and digital applications, including AI-powered tools
