Description
We are looking for a Localization Project Manager (Legal) to join our Production team in Thessaloniki, Greece. This is a full-time, hybrid role.
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, tracking, delivery, and closure of client projects. You will work with clients to understand requirements and engage the global team in fulfilling these requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project planning, scoping, requirements gathering, and validation with clients
- Identifying and working with relevant client and internal stakeholders to plan and resource projects
- Risk analysis and contingency planning
- Leading internal and external teams to successful project execution and delivery
- Creating schedules and monitoring timeliness of delivery
- Managing budgets and controlling project costs
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, internal teams, and external suppliers
- Overseeing project activities and resolving problems that may arise
- Seeking ways to optimize delivery, client satisfaction, quality, and profitability
- Reporting to internal and external stakeholders on project scope, financials, progress, and status
- Ensuring finance systems are kept up-to-date and accurate
- Process documentation and knowledge management
- Maintaining project profit through margin management
Requirements:
- Proven project management experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, ideally in the translation or localization industry
- Knowledge of the translation industry and interest in its technology, process, competitive landscape, and emerging trends
- Experience with CAT tools
- Financial management and budget-to-actual management experience
- Customer relationship management and business development skills
