Description
As a Capital Project Engineer at 3M, you will lead the planning and execution of assigned capital projects, managing Front End Loading (FEL) studies, project schedules, budgets, construction activities, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
You will develop and implement competitive bidding strategies, define equipment performance requirements and engineering design criteria, and establish and maintain robust schedule and cost control processes.
The role requires strong communication and collaboration with project teams, site leadership, contractors, and stakeholders throughout all phases of project execution.
You will ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, guidelines, and company requirements, and foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
The expected compensation range for this position is $98,964 - $120,957, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay.
