The Operations Coordinator, Indirect Business Office & Engagement, serves as the central coordination point for the global Indirect Supply Chain organization. This role leads business office operations, organizational communications, employee and supplier engagement, learning and development, and cross-functional coordination activities that support the organization's strategic priorities.

Acting as the primary interface between leadership, employees, suppliers, business partners, and Supply Chain Center of Excellence teams, the position ensures effective communication, operational alignment, and execution of key organizational initiatives. The role is responsible for maintaining the organization's rhythm of business, strengthening stakeholder relationships, driving employee engagement and capability development, and providing oversight of business office processes and special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Indirect Supply Chain Business Office.
  • Manage the business governance, including key meetings, operational reviews, communications, and recurring activities.
  • Coordinate business office processes, resources, tools, and organizational support activities.
  • Serve as the intake and coordination point for cross-functional requests, initiatives, and special projects.
  • Develop, and maintain policies, procedures, and standard work documentation, ensuring alignment with enterprise governance and compliance requirements.
  • Serve as the central point of accountability for policy version control.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure control standards.
  • Translate policy changes into clear, actionable procedures and communicate updates to impacted stakeholders in coordination with the Communications & Engagement function.
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies that support organizational priorities and change initiatives.
  • Lead employee engagement activities, organizational events, and leadership communications.
  • Coordinate supplier engagement activities, including supplier town halls and enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent and professional experience for internal and external stakeholders engaging with Indirect Supply Chain.
  • Lead onboarding, learning and development, and organizational capability-building activities.
  • Maintain key organizational resources, knowledge management tools, and employee support materials.
  • Drive assessment of capabilities and Indirect development strategy.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact and representative of the Indirect Supply Chain organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership, employees, suppliers, business partners, and Center of Excellence teams.
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders and ensure effective coordination of organizational priorities.
  • Represent Indirect Supply Chain in cross-functional initiatives and enterprise forums.

Qualifications

  • Experience in program management, business operations, communications, organizational effectiveness, or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, collaboration platforms, and presentation development.

The position is a range of salary grades 7-8 and ranges from $84,480-$166,200.
