As a Merchant Operations Associate, you'll support merchant partners for a smooth and high-quality experience, including communication, service standards, growth insights, and internal collaborations.
Day-to-day tasks:
- Manage menu and assortment updates
- Conduct quality and satisfaction checks
- Train partners on Wolt's Portal and equipment
- Provide sales and operational support
- Resolve technical issues
- Improve processes for partner satisfaction and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Customer-focused with previous experience in customer service or sales support
- Tech-savvy with comfort working with digital tools
- Great communicator
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Experience in restaurants, retail, or e-commerce is a plus
