Description
The Revenue Solution Architect (RSA) serves as a technical expert within the Revenue organisation, forging close partnerships with Sales, Account Management, Product, Technology and our Enterprise Data Organisation.
You will be responsible for translating customer objectives into well-scoped and implementable technical solution designs that align to established product capabilities and supported architectures.
Primary Focus
- Execute solution architecture for opportunities and customer engagement by mapping customer objectives to approved product capabilities, standard integration patterns, and delivery approaches.
- Produce clear, repeatable architecture artifacts (diagrams, integration flows, assumptions, risks, NFRs) that improve alignment and speed decisions during the sales cycle.
Revenue & Deal Enablement
- Partner with Sales/Account teams to support customer engagement through technical qualification, requirements clarification, and solution shaping aligned to existing plays.
- Help improve deal velocity by preparing technical inputs that reduce ambiguity (assumptions, dependencies, sizing inputs, sequencing).
- Support deal execution by participating in customer technical meetings and responding to technical questions.
Customer & Commercial Problem Solving
- Build working knowledge of customer workflows and map them to solution capabilities to support measurable outcomes.
- Assist in resolving technical objections by providing evidence-based responses grounded in platform capability, reference patterns, and prior implementations (where available).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Technology partners to ensure proposed solutions are deployable and supportable within current capabilities and standards.
- Contribute structured feedback from customer/deal learnings into internal forums (pattern gaps, recurring requirements, common integration issues).
Revenue Acceleration and Enablement
- Apply standard solution patterns to reduce rework and delivery risk; document reusable modules and lessons learned in knowledge repositories.
- Support prototypes/POCs by following established methodology, validating feasibility, and documenting results and limitations.
Required Experience & Expertise
- 5+ years in pre-sales solution architecture, technical sales enablement, technology and/or GTM architecture.
- Technical fluency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), hyperscalers and modern orchestration approaches.
- Working fluency in AI/automation concepts, including agentic frameworks and orchestration tools, with the ability to translate capabilities into deployable client solutions.
