Description
As a Senior Project Manager at Grab, you will lead complex, cross-functional programmes across multiple domains, driving business outcomes, aligning stakeholders, tracking risks and dependencies.
You will work closely with various teams, including People, Technology, Engineering, Product, Operations, and country teams, to deliver agreed outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating multiple workstreams across different teams to deliver outcomes
- Establishing and maintaining project governance, including status reporting and risk management
- Applying Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods based on programme needs
- Identifying delivery risks and dependencies, and driving mitigation actions
- Using AI tools to improve project planning, reporting, and workflow efficiency
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager, leading complex projects or transformation initiatives
- Experience leading cross-functional projects involving HR, employee experience, or workforce-related processes
- Strong understanding of software implementation, testing, rollout, and change management
- Ability to work through unclear requirements and prioritise competing demands
- Experience managing projects with stakeholders across different countries, cultures, and departments
- Hands-on experience building AI, automation, or workflow solutions
