We are seeking a Private Customer Consultant to join our team in Munchen. As a Private Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for advising our private customers on various banking products and services through digital media such as phone, video consultation, chat, and co-browsing.
Your tasks will include:
- Advising private customers on account, service, and digitalization topics
- Actively selling standardized product range on investment, retirement, and private credit topics
- Using digital media confidently in consulting
Requirements:
- Banking business training or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of the product range for private customers
- Sales skills and enjoyment of contact with customers
- Open and communicative personality, willing to work in teams
- High willingness to learn and motivation to continuously develop your know-how
- Routine in handling PC and software applications
