Description
We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Supply Base Management Specialist to join our team in Tukwila, Washington or Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Supply Base Management Specialist, you will facilitate supplier/subcontractor business relationships, develop and implement supply base plans, analyze supplier performance data, and identify risks and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements, and performance to contractual obligations and expectations
- Develop and participate in the implementation of supply base plans to support customer, program, and commodity strategies
- Analyze and monitor supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance data to identify risks, issues, and opportunities
- Develop mitigation plans
- Identify and participate in supplier and business improvement activities
- Provide outcomes for potential integration into contracting strategies
Requirements:
- More than 6 years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes
- More than 6 years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance
- More than 6 years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
- More than 6 years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- More than 6 years of experience creating, interpreting, and/or enforcing technical requirements
- More than 6 years of experience in root cause analysis and Corrective action
- More than 5 years of experience working with U.S. Department of Defense contracts

- Tukwila, WA - $106,250 - $131,250
- Oklahoma City, OK - $92,650 - $114,450
