Description
We are seeking a Senior Procurement Agent (Level 4) to join the Prop A-TG (Air Dominance Proprietary) team in Hazelwood or Berkley, Missouri. This role is responsible for integrating program, customer, product, and program strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting strategies. The successful candidate will negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions, prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements, conduct risk, issues, and opportunities management, manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance, and initiate and execute supplier improvement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate program, customer, product, and program strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting strategies
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions
- Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
- Conduct risk, issues, and opportunities management
- Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance
- Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies
- Travel expected to be less than 10%
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Supply Chain Management
- More than 5 years of experience in Microsoft Office
- More than 5 years of experience with supplier contracts and negotiations
- Experience in Customer Service
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience in contracts and proposals
- Experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations
- Experience negotiating price and schedule with suppliers and customers
- Experience using SAP software

Salary Range: $110,500 - $136,500
