Description
Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Entry Level or Associate Procurement Agent to join our team in Berkeley or Hazelwood, Missouri.
Job Summary: As a Procurement Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting the procurement process, from analyzing demand and supply to negotiating contracts and agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate program, customer, product, and program strategies into source selection, negotiation, and contracting strategies
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions
- Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
- Conduct risk, issues, and opportunities management
- Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance
- Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities and integrate results into contracting strategies
- Travel expected to be less than 10%
Requirements:
- More than 1 year of experience in Supply Chain and/or Supply Chain Management
- More than 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Customer Service
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
- Experience in contracts and proposals
- Experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations
- Experience negotiating price and schedule with suppliers and customers
- Experience using SAP software

Salary Range:
- Entry Level 1: $58,650 - $72,450
- Associate Level 2: $69,700 - $86,100
