Description
As an Operations Recruiter at Coolblue, you will be responsible for finding the best talent for our delivery teams and inspiring them with your enthusiasm for the company.
You will:
- Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to hiring, including agreeing on the optimal recruitment strategy with stakeholders.
- Organize and conduct digital interviews, as well as on-site interviews and selection days.
- Continuously improve current processes to achieve better results and increase candidate satisfaction.
- Monitor recruitment process metrics and identify trends early on.
- Collaborate with international teams, regularly interacting with colleagues in Düsseldorf and the Netherlands.

Requirements:
- Native-level German and fluent English.
- Completed vocational training or university degree.
- Prior recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Willingness to travel to visit depots and represent other depots within Germany.
