As a Junior Technical Analyst, you'll dive into Solidgate's payment platform and help businesses integrate and run their payment flows smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze incoming client requests and find effective solutions
- Collaborate closely with product and technical teams inside the company
- Communicate with client representatives to resolve technical issues related to the product
- Work with product documentation and keep it up to date
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Applied Mathematics / Systems Analysis / Software Engineering / related field (completed or in progress)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Knowledge of SQL
Nice to have:
- Self-starter , you can own your projects and take full responsibility for your area
- Practical experience with Postman and Python
Work schedule:
