We are looking for a Senior Programme Manager to oversee opportunities and challenges for our clients, particularly in delivering technical success for projects. The ideal candidate will be capable of translating client needs into actionable plans, managing budgets, and leading a team of project managers.
Job Purpose As a Senior Programme Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients, facilitating an environment where team members can excel, and evaluating team member development.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact, winning their trust through effective communication.
- Act as a strategic partner for clients on tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
- Foster an environment where team members have the resources needed to succeed.
- Develop personal growth plans for team members in collaboration with them.
- Ensure the quality of work as a sparring partner for team members.
- Manage budgets and identify new project opportunities.
- Support pitch teams in selling new deals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager in a digital agency.
- Leadership experience with a willingness to take responsibility.
- Experience delivering complex online platforms and managing third parties.
- Team building experience.
- Understanding of technical solutions and ability to communicate with designers and developers.
- Agile/SCRUM experience.
- High working proficiency in English.
