In these roles, you will:
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a consistent experience for our guests
- Support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
To succeed in these roles, you should have:
- A welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and other team members
- The ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- The ability to work both independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- The ability to accurately handle cash register operations
- The ability to climb up and down ladders and scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely
