Description
The VCS Business Management Senior Manager role is part of the Commercial and Money Movement team (CMS) at Visa. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning business management and execution discipline for Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) in Asia Pacific.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving ongoing performance management for VCS in AP, including tracking of KPIs, scorecards and business metrics
- Leading preparation of executive-ready materials for VCS and AP leadership and Global stakeholders
- Providing insights and analysis to support decision-making for VCS leadership
- Coordinating annual and multi-year planning processes and operating cadence for VCS in AP
- Acting as a connective layer between VCS leadership, AP CMS BPO and cross-functional stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in business management, commercial operations, business planning, consulting or strategy-adjacent roles, with strong analytical skills and experience running operating cadence, performance management and senior leadership reporting.
