At Braze, we're a customer engagement platform that empowers brands to deliver great customer experiences. We're seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant for our Media, Entertainment, Gaming and Sports (MEGS) segment, servicing our Americas book of business.
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll be a trusted advisor to prospective customers during the sales process, bringing extensive product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to bear. You'll blend the 'art' of storytelling and sales with the 'science' behind how our technology tactically delivers value for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Be on the leading edge of new Braze capabilities, positioning our new BrazeAI capabilities
- Collaborate with teammates across all departments and have a 'get it done' attitude for our customers
- Intellectual Curiosity – Stimulated, with opportunities to be challenged beyond your existing capabilities
- Respect , Braze Solution Consultants are widely recognized as a critical cog of the overall Braze engine
Requirements:
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- High level of intellectual curiosity
- Experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team
- Domain knowledge of two or more of the following: AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Marketing Analytics or Programming
