As a Sales Manager at NEXT's Carlisle store, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets.
The role involves:
- Supporting the store management team across all product areas
- Managing a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes
- Creating an atmosphere that motivates and inspires your team
- Demonstrating a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities
- Ensuring up-to-date and accurate communication
You should:

The role is part-time, with shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
