Description
As a DevOps Engineer Mobile Data Services at KPN, you will work in a multidisciplinary DevOps team within the Mobile Core domain, managing one of the most critical parts of the network.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the availability, automation, and continuous improvement of our mobile core services, directly impacting the quality of our mobile services.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and automating Mobile Core platforms (4G/5G Packet Core)
- Using CI/CD pipelines for automated management of network functions
- Monitoring, analyzing, and improving performance, stability, and security
- Troubleshooting complex issues in collaboration with technical and commercial departments
- Participating in standby/waakdiensten to ensure continuity of critical systems
Requirements:
- HBO level education in IT, telecom, or a technical field
- Interest in DevOps, automation, and modern IT environments
- Basic knowledge of technologies such as Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, Linux, scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible, Bash)
- Understanding of mobile networks and 4G/5G technology
- Willingness to participate in standby services

- A gross monthly salary of at least €4138 and €6105, depending on experience
