Starbucks Barista

Working as a Starbucks Barista at Target involves providing a consistent and exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing handcrafted beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a friendly and helpful guest experience, greeting customers and resolving issues promptly
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, adhering to Starbucks standards
• Maintain a clean and organised store environment, including cleaning and sanitising equipment and surfaces
• Manage inventory, including receiving and stocking products, and processing transactions
• Work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store culture
• Comply with all safety and security procedures, including reporting hazards and incidents

Requirements:

• Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred, but not required
• Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritising tasks
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
