Description
We are seeking experienced project and construction managers to join our office in Sundsvall. As a project manager, you will lead and coordinate projects to meet goals regarding time, quality, and economy. As a construction manager, you will work closely with production teams to ensure projects are completed according to agreements and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate projects
- Create project structures and ensure effective implementation
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Collaborate with customers and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with agreements and regulations
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in project or construction management
- Background in construction, facilities, railways, or industry
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Swedish
- Computer literacy
- Valid driver's license
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of ABK, AB, and ABT
- Experience with EPC or EPCM projects
