Description
We are seeking an experienced ERP/SAP Program Lead to join our team. As a lead, you will be responsible for leading complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget, on time, and to quality standards. You will manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, develop and implement program delivery frameworks, and collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams.

Requirements:
- Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- 15+ years of experience in client-facing consulting/contracting roles
- Extensive experience in leading sales, pursuits, and RFPs
- Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and the country's official language(s)
