Chef de Rang/Service Specialist for Evening Service in Christophorus Restaurant (Part-time, 30h/week, 1-year contract)

We are seeking a Chef de Rang/Service Specialist to join our team in the Christophorus Restaurant at Porsche's Zuffenhausen location. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our national and international guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level service to guests
• Create reservation confirmations and guest bills using our cash system
• Take and execute food and drink orders
• Ensure seamless service operations while maintaining quality standards
• Offer advisory information on menu recommendations

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in hotel or restaurant management
• Several years of experience in upscale gastronomy (typically ≤ 3 years)
• High team orientation and excellent communication skills
• Guest-oriented and open-minded work style with independence
• Good English language skills, possibly additional foreign languages
• Comprehensive wine knowledge desirable

Working Conditions:

• Part-time position, 30 hours/week
• Work schedule: 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday, between 17:00 and 24:00
