We are seeking a Part-Time Premium Services Representative to join our team at Red Bull New York, operating at Sports Illustrated Stadium.
As a Part-Time Premium Services Representative, you will engage with fans, providing accurate information about Red Bull New York and the stadium. You will deliver high-quality customer service, problem-solve, and ensure a welcoming experience for all guests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with fans and providing accurate information
- Delivering high-level customer service
- Problem-solving and effective communication
- Directing fans to their proper hospitality areas with high energy
- Maintaining a neat and tidy appearance according to uniform standards
- Welcoming and acknowledging guests, scanning tickets, and applying wristbands/credentials efficiently
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Flexibility to work unusual hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Commitment to work at least 70% of the 2026 Season Home Schedule & Stadium Events
- Ability to endure seasonal temperatures during outdoor work
The hourly rate for this position is $25/hour, subject to change.
