Description
We are seeking a New Partner Experience (NPX) Advisor to join our Manchester team. As a vital link for our newly signed partners, you will ensure they have the tools, confidence, and strategy to achieve long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Partner Relationships: Act as the primary relationship lead for newly signed restaurants, ensuring they are set up for success and remain highly engaged with the platform.
- Consult on Growth: Educate partners on how to make their menus stand out and encourage the use of advertising tools to drive consistent order volume.
- Liaison & Coordination: Serve as the bridge between your restaurant partners and internal teams, such as the photography team, to ensure their digital storefront looks world-class.
- Build Lasting Trust: Manage high-quality outbound calls to resolve partner issues promptly, building the trust necessary for a long-term partnership.
- Operational Excellence: Handle administrative tasks for each restaurant you manage with precision, ensuring they are comfortable with our processes and systems.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Strong Communication: Excellent phone presence with the confidence to lead regular outbound calls and the empathy to listen to partner needs.
- Target-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to work toward demanding targets while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- IT Literacy: Proficient in using a range of Microsoft software; knowledge of Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Emotional Intelligence: The ability to build rapport quickly and navigate partner challenges with a proactive, "get up and go" attitude.
- Organisational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to manage the administrative lifecycle of multiple restaurant partners simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
