Financial Planning Analyst

As a Financial Planning Analyst in the Family Office Service (FOS) team at RBC, you will prepare comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth clients. You will work closely with Financial Planning Specialists to achieve this goal. This is a Retirement & Wealth Planning role where you will provide tax, retirement, and estate planning strategies using RBC's proprietary personal financial planning tools.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive personal financial plans for high-net-worth clients
• Recommend advice and opportunities to enhance client's financial situation
• Maintain a high level of collaboration and knowledge with partners
• Stay current with financial planning standards and practices
• Contribute ideas and participate in development projects to enhance services
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to other professionals in Family Office Services

Requirements:

• Undergraduate diploma in a related field, preferably Finance or Wealth Management
• CFP or Financial planning designation
• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial planning, preferably in Wealth Management
• Financial planning knowledge
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment

Nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge of Conquest financial planning application
• Natural curiosity towards learning and broadening personal knowledge base
• Bilingualism (English and French) both oral and written
