Description
Electronic Arts is seeking a Strategic Planning Intern (MBA) to join their Los Angeles-based Growth & Experiences Planning Team.
The intern will be a key member of the team with broad analytical and strategic planning responsibilities, reporting to the Director of Live Service Planning.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support EA enterprise businesses' planning efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and risks associated with Growth & Experiences businesses
- Drive strategic initiatives by designing robust frameworks that challenge traditional business models and accelerate the adoption of new ones
- Create compelling presentations to inspire data-centric decision-making across the organisation
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled MBA student
- Prior experience at an investment bank and/or management consulting firm preferred
- Exceptional quantitative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct statistical analysis and present findings in actionable insights
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Expertise with SQL
Preferred qualifications:
- Passion for the gaming and entertainment industry
- Familiarity with Python
- Ability to utilise AI agents in practical work processes
The internship is full-time and paid, lasting 12 weeks during the summer of 2027. Applicants must be legally authorised to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
