Description
As a Key Account Manager, Convenience (KAM) at Red Bull North America, your main priorities will be selling and executing Red Bull strategy and initiatives to local key account chains (KA), influencing execution of programs via local decision makers (DMs).
You will own local key account budgets and results, including Distribution, Price, Promotion, and Quality Points of Distribution (QPOD) within the chain. You will develop productive business relationships with assigned key accounts and create solutions that resonate with customer needs while achieving Red Bull goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop local key accounts, ensuring distribution on priority packages in-line with Channel Strategies recommendations
- Develop and maintain productive business relationships with key decision makers
- Construct annual Customer Marketing Agreements and manage associated funds for all designated key accounts
- Evaluate ROI with regards to program and promotional agreements, communicating key findings and best practices to key stakeholders
- Conduct regular business reviews to update KA on business, channel competition, and opportunities
- Communicate effectively with distributor partners to keep them informed of KA programs and initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years Sales experience with a strong track record of success, preferably in beverage, CPG, or FMCG industries
- Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Innovative, solution-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
