The Product Management team at Asana drives the company's product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration.
As a Staff Product Manager in our Warsaw office, you'll contribute to the product direction for Asana's new product for the agentic software development lifecycle. You'll work from first principles to define how modern teams plan, sequence, and ship work in an AI-native world. You'll partner closely with design, research, and engineering to turn ambiguous problem spaces into sharp, opinionated workflows that feel fast, minimal, and 'obviously right' to high-performing teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a high-craft product to a new kind of customer for Asana
- Building a product with strong passion and operational maturity
- Creating a product strategy to balance multiple priorities and use cases across customers, product teams, and enterprise-level compliance
- Negotiating with partner teams and delivering a compelling roadmap
- Maximizing clarity by bringing a data-driven mindset to setting concrete goals and milestones
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with a background in building in environments with complex data models, human-centric UX, and B2B SaaS experience
- Strong systems thinking and strategic skills
- Ability to get stuff done and create, flex, and evangelize a roadmap
- Customer-centric approach and strong communication and collaboration skills
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn

The estimated base salary range for this role is between 37,000 - 42,000 PLN gross per month.
