Description
As a Site Conversion Advisor, you'll support the successful delivery of site conversions across the network, acting as a critical link between frontline teams and the Centre of Excellence.
Working closely with Site Managers, contractors, vendors, and program teams, you'll coordinate activities, provide operational guidance, manage issues and risks, and help ensure each site conversion is delivered safely, consistently, and with minimal disruption to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of site conversion activities across the network.
- Coordinate activities with Site Managers, contractors, vendors, and central program teams.
- Provide first-level support and triage via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
- Identify, document, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Deliver site readiness, progress updates, and reporting to support program governance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and program standards.
- Provide practical operational support drawing on frontline retail experience.
