Description
As a Customer Manager at Asda, you will be the main ambassador for bringing the 'Asdaness' to every colleague and lead the store's service, ensuring customers have the best experience possible.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving strategy into action by being present on the shop floor, validating the value message, and ensuring great availability standards and key metrics.
- Leading with impact by engaging and coaching your team to improve routines and processes, creating a culture of selling with personality, and serving customers with heart and pride.
- Being results-focused by challenging teams to investigate and resolve price discrepancies, reacting to customer feedback, and creating effective action plans.
- Talent development by listening with empathy, driving resilience, and encouraging ownership and passion for the business.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in a retail environment.
- Operational knowledge of a retail environment and customer service.
- Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
- Strong customer service focus and positive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
